Form issues

    Hi! I have been experiencing some issues with the forms.

    The thing is that I've created a form, sent the link to my contact list and when a download the submitted data some columns seems to be missing

    I'm not sure about the reason, because if I have put a name in the column when I was editing the form, the information submitted must apear musn't it? PLease, can you help me?

    Hi @Lorena Gessler,

    This may be something that you'll need to reach out to Act-On's Technical support for.

    Here are some things you can check before reaching out to them though:

    1. Make sure that the Column you are capturing data in (especially with Email Address, First Name, and Last Name)​ are "identified" as the correct column. Here is the University article on doing this.


    2. Make sure that you don't have duplicate columns for the same field (like Email Address).
